I knew the serial number was only valid for one computer, and I know it would be useless to try to install it on another computer. It would have been foolish of me to try to use the same serial number on additional computers. Other than contacting them, I did nothing different than what I have done every day. Personally, I'm wondering if they realized how much I use PowerDesk, and are trying to get more money out of me.
