This app is fantastic in every way. Does what it says and the app is made from ESPN so you know its legit. Any time I try to login with my cable provider or any cable providerI get a popup saying that I need a different app to download watch espn app "espnapi". And there's apparently not a different app available on the Windows Store that does that. If I could have given zero I would.
It used to work, occasional lags or freezes, download watch espn app it would work. Now when you try to watch live it asks for you ESPNAPI which tells you to go to windows app store, and nothing there exists by that name. I use to watch it all the time and now it won't let me sign in again on window 10 app. Need to fix it or do away with app. Either fix it or take it off of Microsoft store. You will need a new app to open this espnapi? For right now this app is worthless as I can't access it.
Same as other reviewers: I can't log in because it says I need a separate app for "espnapi". Hot garbage. Please fix or just get rid of it, download watch espn app. The layout is awful as it is. I can't watch anything without it.
It now says I need espnapi which apparently does not exist. Can't sign in to my Xfinity account because an additional "espnapi" app is not available to sign in. Another Failed Windows Store App, download watch espn app.
This is the third one today I am uninstalling. Went from a 5 to a 1 overnight. Every time I try to open it I get a "You will need a new app to open this espnapi. No luck. The streaming on a PC is horrible, it works better on tablets. Seems odd, the computers I've tried it on are very performant and should have graphics, bandwidth, and CPU capability far in excess of what one would expect are need for a simple streaming application.
